Engineering / Quality Assurance / Technical Support Positions Quality Assurance / Technical Support engineer This position offers qualified candidates the opportunity to join our engineering team in helping to the growth of our fast moving business.
Functions - Develop, maintain and execute software test procedures - Assist with regression testing efforts and test cases - Participate in production release validation to ensure successful deployments of the products - Document defects and work with engineering to minimize defect age - Provide 3rd level support
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college - Minimum three years of software quality assurance experience - Minimum three years of test automation experience - Strong familiarity with standard concepts and technologies - Knowledge of basic application programming concepts - Experience working with VBScript - Experience working with C, C++, VB6, and databases
- Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs
